Maanrise manages the supply process from customer enquiry to commercial offer and order fulfilment. We source material against confirmed orders through manufacturers, importers and supply partners, with availability and delivery terms agreed before order confirmation.

01 — Understand the Requirement

Confirm the product, grade, quantity, packaging, delivery location and timeline requested by the customer.

02 — Check Sourcing Options

Maanrise checks availability and commercial options through manufacturers, importers and supply partners for the customer requirement.

03 — Confirm the Offer

Maanrise issues the commercial offer for review. Specification, price basis, payment terms, applicable documentation and delivery arrangements are agreed before order confirmation.

04 — Coordinate Fulfilment

Coordinate dispatch, transportation and available documentation according to the agreed order and applicable requirements.
